Since everything else is working fine, but am having some issues with avatar loading with my 3G connection on the Vita as well. Can't play Eve on my Mobile devices to confirm, but pretty sure it is a NA (West Coast?) server issue.

I've been streaming HD while playing other games and browsing the net just fine. Also as mentioned I can't seem to load avatars with my AT&T connection either. Have we narrowed it down to Northern California, or just the US West coast? Anyone from So Cal, Oregon, or Washington having issues?
